About approval of the Concept of development of language policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023 - 2029

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Concept of development of language policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023 - 2029 (further - the Concept).

2. To the central and local executive bodies, other organizations (under approval), responsible for implementation of the Concept:

1) to take necessary measures for implementation of the Concept;

2) to provide timely execution of the Action plan on implementation of the Concept;

3) no later than the April 15 following after accounting year to provide information on the course of implementation of the Concept in the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To represent to the ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan no later than the May 1 following after accounting year to authorized bodies on the state and strategic planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan the report on implementation of the Concept, and also to place it signed by the first head on Internet resource (except for information of limited access).

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2019 No. 1045 "About approval of the State program on realization of language policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020 - 2025";

2) Item of 6 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 9, 2021 No. 39 "About some questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
