Based on subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, and in pursuance of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2012 No. 1105 "About approval of the list of actions technical (technological, testing) nature" the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure the State automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of actions technical (technological, testing) nature, approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2019 No. 120, the following changes:
in Item 1 of the word "The Ministries of Internal Affairs (Further — GAI)" shall be replaced with words "(further, unless otherwise specified, - GAI) the Ministries of Internal Affairs (further - the Ministry of Internal Affairs)";
to add Item 3 after words of "committee" and "regional executive committees" respectively with words "(further - the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of Mingorispolkom)" and "(further - the Department of Internal Affairs of regional executive committees)";
in Item 9:
from word part one "elimination of the revealed violations," to exclude;
third to state part in the following edition:
"Information on the taken-out instruction is located in the automated information system of GAI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs no later than two working days after its removal.";
in Item 13 of the word "about the events of technical nature held by divisions of GAI according to appendix 3" shall be replaced with words ", provided by the integrated automated system of control (supervising) activities in the Republic of Belarus";
