About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 15, 2021 No. 37
Based on the paragraph of the twenty second of part three of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care", the paragraph of the sixteenth subitem 8.17 of Item 8 and subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for forming of the list of the main medicines approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 15, 2021 No. 37, the following changes:
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The list is created of the monocomponent and combined medicines included and conditionally included in the Republican form of medicines (further – the Form).";
in Item 8 part one:
the paragraph third to add with words ", according to appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2007 No. 1650 "About questions of free and preferential providing with medicines and dressings";
the paragraph the fourth to add with words ", according to appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2007 No. 1650";
to add paragraphs of the fifth and sixth with words "(first of all, the dosage form of national production and (or) production of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and in cases of lack of dosage form in the market of the Republic of Belarus – the dosage form made outside state members of the Eurasian Economic Union is obligatory for availability)";
to be reworded as follows appendix 1 to this Instruction it (is applied).
