Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2017 No. 4 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for establishment and application by the individual entrepreneurs and legal entities included in the State register of the business entities holding dominant position in the goods markets of the Republic of Belarus on goods item "nitrogen fertilizers", selling prices on the nitrogen fertilizers made by them" the following changes:
1.1. state the name in the following edition:
"About selling prices on nitrogen fertilizers";
1.2. in Item 1:
"enclosed" to exclude the word;
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
1.3. in the Instruction about procedure for establishment and application by the individual entrepreneurs and legal entities included in the State register of the business entities holding dominant position in the goods markets of the Republic of Belarus on the goods item "nitrogen fertilizers", selling prices on the nitrogen fertilizers made by them approved by this resolution:
in Item 2 part one:
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"T - transportation expenses on delivery of 1 ton of each type of nitrogen fertilizers in the amount of 15 US dollars;";
