About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of February 8, 2022 No. 53
Based on part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus and part ten of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2008 "About the guaranteed compensation of bank deposits (deposits) of physical persons" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 369-Z
1. Bring in Rules of assessment of activities of banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations for the purpose of determination of level of the risks accepted by them, the Boards of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 8, 2022 No. 53, the following changes:
in Item 7:
in part one:
word in paragraph three to "national currency" shall be replaced with words "Belarusian rubles";
word in paragraph four to "foreign currency" shall be replaced with words "US dollars";
add part with paragraphs of the following content:
"weighted average interest rate on new term and conditional bank deposits (deposits) of physical persons (except for individual entrepreneurs) in euro;
weighted average interest rate on new term and conditional bank deposits (deposits) of physical persons (except for individual entrepreneurs) in Russian rubles.";
in word part four "to national currency and weighted average interest rate on new term and conditional bank deposits (deposits) of physical persons (except for individual entrepreneurs) in foreign currency" shall be replaced with words to "the corresponding currency (Belarusian rubles, US dollars, euro, Russian rubles)";
in word part five "national and foreign currencies" shall be replaced with words to "the corresponding currency (Belarusian rubles, US dollars, euro, Russian rubles)";
