About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of payments for natural gas, electrical and heat energy I decide:
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 2, 2018 No. 399 "About financial improvement of agricultural organizations":
in paragraph one of part one of Item 3 and item 4 of the word "about economic insolvency (bankruptcy)" shall be replaced with words "about insolvency or bankruptcy";
in the paragraph the second Item 6 of the word "about economic insolvency (bankruptcy)" shall be replaced with words "about bankruptcy";
the second subitem 6.2 of Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for debt restructuring of insolvent agricultural organizations approved by the Decree to state part in the following edition:
"At the same time the debt for natural gas, electrical and heat energy is fixed in Belarusian rubles regarding restructured:
till May 31, 2023 (inclusive) taking into account the official rate of Belarusian ruble established by National Bank to the foreign currency used for calculations for energy resources on the first, the inclusion of agricultural organization in the list following after month;
since June 1, 2023 in the amount according to the reconciliation statement of calculations with gazo-and the power supplying organizations being part of GPO "Beltopgaz", GPO "Belenergo" on the first, the inclusion of agricultural organization in the list following after month.";
1.2. third 3 appendices to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 2021 No. 221 "About opening of special accounts" to state the paragraph to Item part one in the following edition:
