About the List and amount of the food, mineral fertilizers, diesel fuel and gasoline imported into the Republic of Tajikistan by the Agency on the state material reserves under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for forming of the state reserves in 2023 exempted from the tax discharge on value added and excises in the amount of 50 percent from the established rate, and also customs duties which are completely exempted from payment

According to part 14 of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2023" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the List and amount of the food, mineral fertilizers, diesel fuel and gasoline imported into the Republic of Tajikistan by the Agency on the state material reserves under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for forming of the state reserves in 2023 exempted from the tax discharge on value added and excises in the amount of 50 percent from the established rate and also customs duties which are completely exempted from payment (are applied).

2. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service customs clearance and control of target use of the imported food, mineral fertilizers, diesel fuel and gasoline.
