According to article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About counteraction to terrorism" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for establishment of the periods of direct participation of the military personnel, employees and specialists of the relevant state bodies in anti-terrorist operations for preferential calculation of length of service (working life) for pension accrual it (is applied).

2. To provide to the subjects which are directly counteracting terrorism, and other authorized bodies execution of this resolution.

The procedure for establishment of the periods of direct participation of the military personnel, employees and specialists of the relevant state bodies in anti-terrorist operation for preferential calculation of length of service (working life) for pension accrual (further - the Procedure) regulates process of preferential calculation of service length of the military personnel, employees and specialists of relevant organs of the government.
