Rules of conducting examination of nuclear and radiation safety and nuclear physical safety

1. Rules of conducting examination of nuclear and radiation safety and nuclear physical safety (further - Rules) establish procedure for conducting examination of nuclear and radiation safety and nuclear physical safety (further - examination).

2. Expertize is carried out by the organizations (further - the expert organization) accredited by authorized state body in the field of use of atomic energy (further - authorized state body) on implementation of this type of activity, according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of use of atomic energy.

3. The following documents are subject to examination:

- the project documentation at the choice of platforms of placement and to construction of nuclear installations, radiation installations 1 and 2 of categories of radiation hazard;

- project and operational documentation of nuclear installations, radiation installations 1 and 2 of categories of radiation hazard;

- the project documentation on technical upgrade of nuclear installations, radiation installations 1 and 2 of categories of radiation hazard;
