About the Procedure for the organization of tax posts and tax control of production volume (pouring in container), storages, transportations and leaves out of limits of the production room of the excisable alcohol-containing, nonalcoholic and (or) tobacco products made in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan and also its export from the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan

According to part 44, part 1 of article 291 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides 4 Articles:

1. Approve the Procedure for the organization of tax posts and tax control of production volume (pouring in container), storages, transportations and leaves out of limits of the production room of the excisable, alcohol-containing, nonalcoholic and (or) tobacco products made in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also its export from the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 31, 2004 No. 497 "About control of production and turnover of excise goods".
