About change of the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2022 No. 44

Based on subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of article 28 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about the earth and subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958, the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for work on establishment (recovery), change of borders of the parcels of land approved by the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2022 No. 44, the following changes:
