In "Procedure for appointment, calculation, recalculation, transfer from one type into another and payment of work pensions", No. 175 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 28, 2022 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2022, No. 4, Article 421; 2023, No. 2, Article 315) to consider the text of Article 7.5 the second offer and to add with the first offer of the following content:
