About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260

The regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260 "About Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation and Regulations on the Russian Government Office" (Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2313), to add with Item 58 (3) the following content:

"58(3). In case of non-presentation by the approving body in the 10-day time of line item concerning the draft of the act necessary for implementation of the Federal Law sent for approval, the draft of the act is considered approved and can be introduced in the Government (further - the autoapprovals procedure).

Provisions of this Item do not extend:

on drafts of acts concerning the conclusion of international treaties of the Russian Federation, defense and safety of the state, special economic zones, the territories of the advancing development, integration of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and the Kherson region into system of law of the Russian Federation;

on drafts of the acts exerting impact on the income or expenses of the relevant budget of budget system of the Russian Federation regarding approval of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation;

on the drafts of acts introduced to the Government by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control, the Directorial Board for the Special Programs of the President of the Russian Federation and also on drafts of acts regarding approval of the specified federal executive bodies.
