1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on Federal Nature Management Supervision Service approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2004 No. 400 "About approval of the Regulations on Federal Nature Management Supervision Service and modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 22, 2004 No. 370" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 32, Art. 3347; 2015, No. 47, Art. 6586).
2. Determine that realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by Federal Nature Management Supervision Service within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of employees of central office and territorial authorities of Service, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Service on management and management in the field of the established functions.
3. Recognize invalid the subitem "b" and the paragraph of the eighth of the subitem "g" of Item of 2 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 11, 2015 No. 1219 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation and about change and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 47, the Art. 6586).
4. This resolution becomes effective on January 1, 2024.
