About introduction of amendments to the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 131 of May 29, 2017 about approval of the Certificate on the VAT amounts which are not compensated on the exported goods

According to the h. (10) Art. 132-3, of Art. 132-4 and Art. 133 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER:

1. Of 29.05.2017 about approval of the Certificate on the VAT amounts which are not compensated on the exported goods to change the order of the State Tax Administration No. 131 as follows:

Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. The certificate on the VAT amounts which are not compensated on the exported goods is issued based on the application submitted by the economic agent or Customs Service.

The certificate can be demanded according to appendix No. 1 by one of the following methods:

- on paper - in any division of the State Tax Administration, or;

- in electronic format - by e-mail mail@sfs.md.

The certificate on the VAT amounts which are not compensated on the exported goods is requested by Customs Service in electronic format by e-mail - mail@sfs.md."

"3. The certificate on the VAT amounts which are not compensated on the exported goods affirms the responsible person of the State Tax Administration and is issued in time, not exceeding 3 working days from the moment of giving of request.

The certificate is issued on paper or in electronic form on the e-mail address of the applicant. The certificate issued on paper is certified by seal of the State Tax Administration.

If the Certificate is requested by Customs Service, it is issued divisions of Customs Service, in electronic form on the e-mail postal address, from which the request arrived."
