About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of public financing and control of activities of political parties

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 48, the Art. 436):

1) part the second Article 22 to add with Item 3 following of content:

"3) on appeal of decisions of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption about refusal in provision of public financing of authorized activities of political party or about suspension (termination) of public financing of authorized activities of political party";

Paragraph one of part one of Article 271 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. In the cases determined by Articles 273-277, 280-289, 289-5 of this Code, the court proclaims the complete judgment";

Paragraph 2 of Chapter 11 of the Section II to add 3) with Article 289-5 of the following content:

"Article 289-5. Features of production on cases on public financing of authorized activities of political parties

1. The political party on which the National agency concerning prevention of corruption makes the decision on refusal in provision of public financing of its authorized activities or on suspension (termination) of public financing of its authorized activities can appeal such decision in Appeal administrative court in the appeal district including the city of Kiev. The action for declaration is submitted to administrative court from the date of receipt of the relevant decision by political party in a month, but no later than six months from the date of its promulgation on the official website of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption.

2. The action for declaration is submitted in writing and shall contain information about:

1) the name of administrative court to which the action for declaration is submitted;

2) name (name) of the claimant, postal address, and also number of the means of communication, e-mail address (in the presence);
