About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In article 6 of the Law on free enterprise zones No. 440/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 108-109, 834), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

in part (15) the words "the permissions established by the laws." shall be replaced with words "the relevant allowing documents established in the List of allowing documents provided by appendix 1 to the Law on regulation of business activity by permission No. 160/2011.";
