About modification of the Order of the Government No. 967/2016 about the mechanism of public consultations with civil society in decision making process

Based on part (3) article 11 of the Law No. 239/2008 on transparency of decision making process (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 215-217, 798), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In the Order of the Government No. 967/2016 about the mechanism of public consultations with civil society in decision making process (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 265-276, 1050), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Approve:

1) Regulations on procedures of public consultations with civil society in decision making process according to appendix No. 1;

2) Regulations on the organization of activities of permanent advisory platform under body of the central public management according to appendix No. 2.";

2) in appendix:

a) appendix becomes appendix No. 1;

b) in Item 23:

2) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"2) creation of permanent work groups - advisory platforms under body of the central public management;";

add with subitem 2-1) of the following content:

"2-1) creation of special working groups;";

To add 3) with appendix No. 2 of the following content:
