1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the organization of safe use and content of elevators, lift platforms for disabled people, passenger conveyors (moving walking paths) and escalators, except for escalators in the subways.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 24, 2017 No. 743 "About the organization of safe use and content of elevators, lift platforms for disabled people, passenger conveyors (moving walking paths), escalators, except for escalators in the subways" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 27, the Art. 4044);
