About modification of the Order of the Government No. 538/2009 about approval of Sanitary regulations about additives to food

Based on part (2) article 6 of the Law No. 10/2009 on the state supervision of public health (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 67, the Art. 183), with subsequent changes, and parts (5) article 14 of the Law No. 306/2018 on safety of foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 59-65, 120), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 538/2009 about approval of Sanitary regulations about additives to food (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 138-139, 603), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in preamble the text "Art. 9 of the Law No. 78-XV of March 18, 2004 on foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 83-87, 431)" to replace with the text "parts (5) article 14 of the Law No. 306/2018 on safety of foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 59-65, 120),";

b) after formula of acceptance to add with formula of harmonization of the following content:

"This resolution shifts the Directive (EU) 2002/46 European parliament and Council of June 10, 2002 about rapprochement of the legislation of EU member states concerning nutritional supplements published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 183 of July 12, 2002 with the last amendments made by Regulations (EU) 2021/418 Commissions of March 9, 2021 about modification of the Directive 2002/46/EC of the European parliament and Council concerning the niacinamide of riboside of chloride and magnesium of citrate of malate used in case of production of nutritional supplements and also concerning the units of measure used for copper.";

c) in Item 3 the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Health";
