About modification of some Orders of the Government (review of the regulatory base of the mode of weapon and ammunition of civil appointment)

Based on Item b) Articles 5, Items c) and h) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on the mode of weapon and ammunition of civil appointment approved by the Order of the Government No. 293/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 104-109, 324) to make the following changes:

1) in all text:

a) words "Ministry of Public Education" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "authorized central industry body in the field of education" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) "The law No. 793-XIV from on February 10, 2000 about administrative court" in any grammatical form to replace the text with the text "The administrative code of the Republic of Moldova No. 116/2018" in the corresponding grammatical form;

Item 6 to add 2) with the subitem 20) of the following content:

"20) the instructor of shooting shooting gallery - the person who received the certificate of the instructor of shooting shooting gallery according to the law and performing activities for training, manual and supervision of the firing practice which is carried out in the authorized shooting galleries.";
