Make change to Item 10 of the Procedure for carrying out competitive candidate screen to position of the independent member of the supervisory board of the state unitary enterprise and their appointment, and also carrying out competitive candidate screen to position of the independent member of the supervisory board of economic society in whose authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state, the management of objects of state-owned property offered by the subject before election to position of independent members of the supervisory board approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 142 "Some questions of management of the state unitary enterprises and economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, of the Art. 686, No. 94, of the Art. 2839) having replaced in the first offer of the paragraph of the tenth of figure and the word "14 working days" with figures and the words "10 calendar days".
