About exit from some international treaties signed within the Commonwealth of Independent States

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, being guided by provisions of article 54 of the Vienna convention on the right of international treaties, article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About international treaties of Ukraine", Article 16 of the Agreement on cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in fight against human trafficking, bodies and tissues of the person and Article 22 of the Agreement on cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in fight against thefts of vehicles and ensuring their return, decides:

1. Leave the Agreement on cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in fight against human trafficking, bodies and tissues of the person made on November 25, 2005 in Moscow and ratified with clause the Law of Ukraine of October 16, 2012 No. 5434-VI (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 43, the Art. 623), and Agreements on cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in fight against thefts of vehicles and ensuring their return made on November 25 in 2005 in Moscow and ratified with clause the Law of Ukraine of September 18, 2012 No. 5259-VI (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 36, the Art. 479).
