Art. I. - Part (2) article 15 of the Law on creation and functioning of the National commission on consultations and collective bargainings, the industry and territorial commissions on consultations and collective bargainings No. 245/2006 (2006, 698), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 142-145, in the following edition:
"(2) the Secretariat of the National commission is created within the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection as a part of at least three members appointed and dismissed by the Minister of Labour and Social Protection.".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to the Government in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
