1. Take into consideration that:

with participation of the company "Sejin G&E With., Ltd" (Republic of Korea) (further - the Investor) is implemented the "Production of Alternative Electrical Energy with a Total Production Capacity of 16 MW from Landfill Gas (Methane) Which Is Formed on Akhangaran Solid Waste Landfills (Akhangaransky District) and Maydontol (Parkentsky District) of the Tashkent Region" project (further - the Investment project) at the expense of direct foreign investments;

for the purpose of implementation of the Investment project by the Investor the Sejin Uz overseas enterprise in the form of limited liability company is formed (further - the contractor of the Project);

between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on behalf of the Ministry of investments, the industry and trade and the Investor the Investment agreement on implementation of the Investment project "Production of Electrical Energy due to Conversion of the Landfill Gas Which Is Formed on Akhangaran and Maydontol Solid Waste Landfills in the Tashkent Region (Further — Polygons)" is signed on September 14, 2018.

Agree with the offer of the Ministry of ecology, environmental protection and climate change (further - the Ministry), the Ministries of investments, the industry and trade, the Ministry of Economics and finance, the Department of Energy, and also khokimiyats of the Tashkent region and city of Tashkent about continuation of implementation of the Investment project with participation of the Investor.
