Some questions of the omission and accounting of the humanitarian assistance in conditions of warlike situation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for the omission and accounting of the humanitarian assistance in conditions of warlike situation (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
2. Determine that for warlike situation:
provisions of resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 22, 2000 No. 544 "About the Procedure for customs clearance of loads of the humanitarian assistance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 12, the Art. 481) and of March 25, 2013 No. 241 "About approval of the Order of interaction central and local executive bodies and National Bank on implementation of the Law of Ukraine "About the humanitarian assistance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 29, Art. 990; 2016, 6, Art. 308) are not applied No. to goods which omission is performed according to Procedure;
recognition of goods the humanitarian assistance, the omission through customs border of Ukraine, customs clearance, obtaining, provision, distribution and control of target use of the humanitarian assistance specified in paragraph four of this Item is performed according to Procedure;
types of goods, imported on customs area of Ukraine according to Procedure, except those which do not belong to the humanitarian assistance according to the Law of Ukraine "About the humanitarian assistance" (except for oil products, the liquefied gas, substances used as components of motor fuels, fuel of motor alternative, ethyl alcohol for the medical purposes and pharmaceutical industry, electrical energy) are recognized the humanitarian assistance by the declarative principle without adoption of the relevant decision by specially authorized state bodies concerning the humanitarian assistance.
