About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About prosecutor's office" in connection with determination of additional measures for law enforcement in system of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Large-scale work on safety of our country and wellbeing of the people, forming is in recent years carried out it is modern to the armed and powerful army, support of the military personnel and employees of system of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

At the same time further strengthening of supervision of the timely and effective organization of implementation of state programs in the military sphere, by the early prevention of corruption risks in system of protection of the rights and freedoms of the military personnel, including cases of inappropriate use of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also behind execution of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan in this area is required.

This Law makes additions and changes to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About prosecutor's office", providing strengthening of supervision of bodies of military prosecutor's office of strict compliance with laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan in system of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also establishment of procedure for acceptance of employees on military service in bodies of military prosecutor's office and dismissal from it, and procedure for assignment of military ranks by it.

This Law creates the strong legal basis for authentic independent activities of bodies of military prosecutor's office for implementation of supervision of exact and uniform execution of the laws in system of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, will serve increase in efficiency of the taken measures for prevention of offenses, including for the prevention of cases of embezzlement of budget funds and state-owned property.
