In Regulations on the conducting exercises on ensuring steady, safe and complete functioning in the territory of the Russian Federation the Internet and communication network public approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 12, 2019 No. 1316 "About approval of the Regulations on conducting exercises on ensuring steady, safe and complete functioning in the territory of the Russian Federation of the Internet and communication network public" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 43, the Art. 6095):
