Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of calculation and confirmation of insurance years of service for establishment of insurance pensions approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 2, 2014 No. 1015 "About approval of Rules of calculation and confirmation of insurance years of service for establishment of insurance pensions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 41, Art. 5545; 2018, No. 30, Art. 4729; 2020, No. 22, Art. 3491; 2022, No. 48, Art. 8459; 2023, No. 14, Art. 2438).

1. To state paragraph two of Item 5 in the following edition:
"The work periods in the territory of the Russian Federation before registration of the citizen as insured person can be established based on the testimony. Kind of work and time of attraction to remunerative work of convicts to imprisonment by the testimony do not prove to be true.".
2. In the Section II:
a) in Item 10 of figure "11 - 17" to replace with figures "11 - 17(1)";
b) add with Item 17 (1) the following content:
"17(1). Time of attraction to remunerative work of convicts to imprisonment is confirmed by the reference issued by administration of correctional facility, and in case of its liquidation - higher organization of criminal executive system in form according to appendix No. 1, and also the references of archive organizations.".
3. In the paragraph the second Item 20 of the word to "appendix No. 1" shall be replaced with words to "appendix No. 1(1)".
