Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 15, 2007 No. 9 "About procedure of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 5, Art. 653; 2008, No. 49, Art. 5841; 2011, No. 32, Art. 4848; 2013, No. 4, Art. 291; 2016, No. 9, Art. 1265; No. 38, Art. 5555; No. 44, Art. 6144; 2019, No. 11, Art. 1130; 2020, No. 50, Art. 8238; 2021, No. 22, Art. 3852).

2. This resolution becomes effective since October 26, 2023.

Changes which are made to Rules of implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation

1. In paragraph one of Item 22 of the word "parts 3, 3.1, 3.2" shall be replaced with words "parts 3 - 3.5".

2. In Item 23:

a) add the subitem "a" with the paragraph of the following content:

"contact phone number;";

b) add the subitem "b" with the paragraph of the following content:

"contact phone number.".

3. Add Item 25 with the paragraph of the following content:
