About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine concerning unification with the European and North Atlantic standards of procedures of declaring of military equipment and other goods

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) such changes:

1. To add part one of Article 4 with Item 65 of the following content:

"65) the Form 302 the document used for declaring of military equipment and other goods:

a) divisions of Armed forces of state members of the European Union, state members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and other states which in the procedure established by the law are allowed on the territory of Ukraine;

b) divisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine sent under the law to other states".

2. The seventh Article 33-1 to add part with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1) transfer by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine information on military equipment and other goods of divisions of Armed forces which movement through customs border is performed with use of the Form 302".

3. Add Article 94 with part eight of the following content:

"8. Irrespective of mode of transport for declaring in customs regime of transit of military equipment and other goods of divisions of Armed forces of state members of the European Union, state members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and other states which in the procedure established by the law are allowed on the territory of Ukraine instead of the customs declaration the Form 302 in form of the state from which such divisions go can be used".

4. To state part one of Article 105 in the following edition:

"1. In customs regime of temporary import with conditional full relief from the taxation are located with customs payments only:

the goods, vehicles of commercial appointment specified in article 189 of this Code and in appendix B. 1-B.9, C, D to the Convention on temporary import (Istanbul, 1990), on the conditions determined by these appendices;
