About introduction of amendments to the Law on housing No. 75/2015

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on housing No. 75/2015 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 131-138, 249), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In preamble of the law of the word of "real estate with the status of housing" to replace with the word of "housing".

2. In Article 4:

state the concept "social housing" of the following edition:

"social housing - housing provided in property employment according to this law to categories of persons or families which monthly income does not allow them to acquire or hire housing on market conditions;";

3. In Article 8:

"f) resolve the issues concerning differentiation of the parcels of land, expansion of the areas, establishment of adjacent places of general use, privatization of the parcels of land of condominiums according to provisions of the Law on condominium No. 187/2022;";
