About modification of some regulations (simplification of the procedure of development and approval of annual land cadastre)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Land code No. 828/1991 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 107, of the Art. 817), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. Subparagraphs two and third Article 8 to recognize invalid.

2. In the subparagraph third Article 9 to replace the word "maintaining" with the word "approval".

3. In the subparagraph the fifth Article 10 to replace the word "maintaining" with the word "approval".

4. The fourth Article 67 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
