About modification of Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the state register of subjects of natural monopolies

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 21, 2022 the Committee on development of the competition and consumer protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides No. UP-269 "About Measures for Realization of Administrative Reforms of New Uzbekistan":

1. In Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the State register of subjects of natural monopolies approved by the resolution of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on demonopolization and development of the competition of October 6, 2010 No. 14 (рег. No. 2147 of October 11, 2010) (2010, Art. No. 40-41, 357) words "Antimonopoly Committee" shall be replaced with words collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Committee on development of the competition and consumer protection".

2. This resolution is approved with the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
