3.1. in two-month time:
approve the target plan of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus for 2024 containing measures for ensuring increase in production and export of products, expansion of the internal demand and increase in level of the real located cash incomes of the population;
determine together with regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom the exhaustive list of key performance indicators of work of the state organizations and economic societies in which authorized funds 50 and more percent of shares (share in authorized funds) belong to the state, including the holdings which are managing companies (in general by holding);
3.2. during 2024:
