About release from provision of ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes concerning separate types of goods

According to part 3 of article 55 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes are not provided concerning the goods intended for construction (creation, construction) the artificial islands which are outside the territory of the Russian Federation, installations, constructions or other objects concerning which the Russian Federation has the exclusive jurisdiction, and also for ensuring functioning (operation, use) the specified objects and life activity of persons which are in the corresponding territories (further - goods), in case of their import to the territory of the Russian Federation and transportation (transportation) according to customs procedure of customs transit by road transport, and also in case of their placement on temporary storage in rooms, in warehouses, the open areas and other territories of the receiver of goods.

2. Provisions of Item 1 of this resolution are applied in case of simultaneous observance of the following conditions:
