About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the state system of social insurance No. 489/1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 1-4, 2), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. To add Article 1 after the concept "benefit on education of the child before achievement of age by it three years" with concepts of the following content:

"the benefit on education of the child is aged more senior than three years adopted or accepted under guardianship/guardianship - form of cash support which is established and provided by means of the state system of social insurance to insured person in case of adoption of the child;

lump-sum allowance on the child adopted or accepted under guardianship/guardianship - form of cash support which is established and provided by means of the state system of social insurance to insured person in case of adoption of the child or his placement under guardianship/guardianship;

lump-sum allowance for entrusting of the adopted child - form of cash support which is established and provided by means of the state system of social insurance to insured person in case of transfer of the adopted child;".

2. In part (Article 7 of the word "owing to achievement of retirement age, restriction of opportunities, accident, disease, loss of work, death, in connection with motherhood-in case of approach of insured risk." shall be replaced with words 3) "owing to achievement of retirement age, restriction of opportunities, accident, disease, in connection with motherhood, adoption, loss of work or in connection with death (further - insured risk).".

3. Add Article 41 with the Items d-1), d-2 and d-3) of the following content:

"d-1) lump-sum allowance for entrusting of the adopted child;

d-2) lump-sum allowance on the child adopted or accepted under guardianship/guardianship;

d-3) benefit on education of the child is aged more senior than three years adopted or accepted under guardianship/guardianship;".
