About modification of some orders of the Government (strengthening of institutional capacity of the Ministry of the environment)

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 145/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of the environment (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 206-208, 343), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in Item 2 of figure "62" to replace with figures "96";

b) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. In the Ministry of the environment three state secretaries, the secretary general of the ministry, the deputy secretary general of the ministry and board act.";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) add Item 7 with subitems 3-1) and 3-2) of the following content:

"3-1) reduction of industry policy in compliance with chapters about accession to the European Union for the purpose of development of the Contribution of the Republic of Moldova to the Annual packet of measures for expansion of the European Union and gradual preparation for opening of negotiations on accession of the Republic of Moldova for the European Union;

3-2) implementation of the Agreement on Association between the Republic of Moldova, on the one hand, both European Union and European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, on the other hand";

b) state Item 10 in the following edition:

"10. In the Ministry three state secretaries holding responsible state position, one secretary general of the ministry and one deputy secretary general of the ministry who are the state employees-upper managers who are appointed to position by criteria of professionalism, according to the Law No. 158/2008 on the state position and the status of the government employee act";

c) add with Items 14-1 and 14-2 of the following content:
