About modification of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations on supply of natural gas approved by the Resolution of Council of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 113/2019
Based on litas. o) parts (1) article 7 of the Law No. 108/2016 on natural gas (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 193-203, the Art. 415), with subsequent changes, the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. In appendix No. 2 to the Regulations on supply of natural gas approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 113/2019 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, No. 178-184, to the Art. 912) registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1449 of May 16, 2019 to make the following changes:
Item 7 to state 1) in the following edition:
"7. Distribution of contractual monthly amount of natural gas is performed in proportion to days of month if the agreement does not provide different way of distribution. The daily variation of amount of the used natural gas shall not exceed the level of daily tolerance approved by the Agency.".
Item 25 to add 2) with letter i) the following content:
"i) transfer to the Supplier information on the predicted consumption in case of expense more than 50 MW/h/day.".
Item 30 to state 3) in the following edition:
"30. Not residential customers who consume more than 50 MW/h/day indemnify the financial loss caused to their Supplier as a result of creation of variations which exceed the level of daily tolerance approved by the Agency for final consumers with daily accounting in that case if the Supplier responsible for balancing in the place of consumption will make payments for the arisen imbalances in network of natural gas.".
