In the country the consecutive reforms in the field of land relations directed to reliable protection of the rights of physical persons and legal entities are undertaken.
At the same time there is need for exact determination of feature of the rent relations in case of lease of the parcels of land, further enhancement of procedure of the right of limited use of others parcel of land (servitude), legal regulation of establishment of the public servitude for social needs.
This Law makes additions to the Civil code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Land code of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning the agreement of the servitude, the rights and obligations of participants of the servitude, rules of change of the servitude and its cancellation, payment for the servitude, establishment of the public servitude.
Besides, the procedure for transfer to other person of the rights and obligations on object of the rent relations (rehiring) is established, are specified procedure for provision of the parcels of land in lease and the bases for the termination of the property right of physical persons and legal entities to the earth.
This Law will serve further expansion of the rent relations, legal settlement of the relations connected with establishment of the servitude, reliable protection of the rights of land owners, land users, lessees and owners of the parcels of land.
