About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning strengthening of social protection of the military personnel, police officers and some other persons
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In article 125 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. 34-35, 458):
the second to state part in the following edition:
"2. The sizes, procedure and conditions of cash cover of faces of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection are established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";
add with part three of such content:
"3. Behind faces of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection concerning which the established fact of deprivation of personal liberty owing to the armed aggression against Ukraine or the taken hostages, and also missing persons in case of special circumstances, remains cash cover in the last place of service in the amount of official pay rate, salary on special rank, length-of-service allowances, other monthly additional types of cash cover which have permanent nature, and other types of cash cover taking into account change of length of service and regulations of cash cover. Cash cover according to the procedure and the sizes established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine monthly is paid to families of specified persons of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection.
Action of this part does not extend to faces of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection, voluntarily given in captivity, self-willedally left duty stations.
