About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1231/2018 about enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 270/2018 on single system of compensation in the budget sphere

Based on part (2) article 20-1 of the Law No. 270/2018 on single system of compensation in the budget sphere (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 441-447, 715), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1231/2018 about enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 270/2018 on single system of compensation in the budget sphere (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 480-485, 1310), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 1 to add 1) with the subitem 10) of the following content:

"10) Standard regulations on procedure for establishment of the allowance to personnel of the central administrative authorities subordinated to the Government, the administrative authorities subordinated to the ministries, and autonomous administrative authorities for realization of priority tasks in the context of fulfillment of requirements on accession to the European Union, according to appendix No. 11.";

To add 2) with appendix No. 11 of the following content:
