Based on part (4) article 16 of the Law No. 93/1998 on the entrepreneurial patent (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 72-73, 485), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Regulations on procedure for compensation of some expenses incurred by the physical persons performing independent activities approved by the Order of the Government No. 438/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 223-226, 551), to make the following changes:
The text "till August 31, 2023 inclusive" to replace 1) in Item 7 with the text "till September 15, 2023 inclusive";
2) of Item 13 the text "till September 15, 2023" to replace 2) in the subitem with the text "till September 30, 2023".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
