About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of lombard activities

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of pawnshops, transfer of pawnshops into execution of mortgage tickets in the form of the electronic document, according to item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of cash registers" of April 8, 2022 No. 193, Articles 4, 9 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About activities of pawnshops", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of lombard activities" of June 8, 2017 No. 353 the following changes:

in the Regulations on the minimum requirements to the organization of activities of pawnshops in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- declare Item 5-1 invalid;

- state Item 13 in the following edition:

"13. The pawnshop shall perform cash transactions according to the Procedure for conducting cash transactions by business entities and budgetary institutions in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 12, 2018 No. 281.";

- in Item 14:
