About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 7, 2021 No. 134

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 7, 2021 No. 134 the following changes:

in the Regulations on Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree:

- add Item 23 with the subitem 12 of the following content:

"12) according to orders of the President, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and his deputies, and also on own initiative according to the procedure, determined by the Head of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to attract on contractual basis of consultants and/or experts.";

- add Item 27 with the paragraph the fourteenth the following content:

"-approves regulations on selection and involvement of consultants and/or experts in the contract.".

2. To the head of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the measures following from this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
