To add 1) with part 13.4 following of content:

"13.4. The procedure for the organization of work on provision of pensions of persons, dismissed from service (from military service) in the Investigative Committee, and members of their families is determined by the Chairman of the Investigative Committee.";

To add 2) with part 14.1 following of content:

"14.1. The procedure for the organization of work to destination, employee benefit of the Investigative Committee of the monthly allowance specified in part 14 of this Article is determined by review of the size of such allowance by the Chairman of the Investigative Committee.".
