Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of January 12, 1996 No. 7-FZ "About non-profit organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 3, Art. 145; 2006, No. 45, Art. 4627; 2010, No. 19, Art. 2291; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4237; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5179; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5204) following changes:

Item 4 of Article 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4. The non-profit organization has the right to have seal with full name of this non-profit organization in Russian, stamps and forms with the name. The obligation of non-profit organization can be provided by the Federal Law to use seal.

Data on availability of seal shall contain in the charter of non-profit organization.";

Article 9.1 to add 2) with Item 1.2 of the following content:

"1.2. The public, local government offices have seal with full name of the relevant public, local government office in Russian. Other requirements to seals of the public, local government offices can be established by the Federal Laws.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since June 1, 2024.
