About modification of the Regulations on state regulation of rates, charges and payment concerning works (services) of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of rail haulings

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on state regulation of rates, charges and payment concerning works (services) of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of rail haulings approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 5, 2009 No. 643 "About state regulation of rates, charges and payments concerning works (services) of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of rail haulings" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 32, Art. 4051; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3602; 2015, No. 37, Art. 5153).

Changes which are made to Regulations on state regulation of rates, charges and payment concerning works (services) of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of rail haulings

1. Add Item 3 with paragraphs of the following content:
