About modification of some regulations (updating of the regulatory base concerning the state position)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the state position and the status of the government employee No. 158/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 230-232, 840), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Item d) parts (2) articles 8 after words of Audit Chamber, to add with words of "Competition council".

2. In part (Article 19-2 of the word of "public organizations" shall be replaced with words 3) "bodies of the public power".

Art. II. - In the Law on approval of the Single qualifier of the state positions No. 155/2011 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 164-165, 480), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 3 of the word of "The law on the state position and the status of the government employee No. 158-XVI of July 4, 2008" shall be replaced with words "The law on the state position and the status of the government employee No. 158/2008,".

2. Add the law with Article 4-1 of the following content:

"Art. 4-1. In case of establishment of the minimum specific requirements to knowledge of language of the international communication (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian) the level of language competence established by the All-European scale of language competence will be considered.".
