About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the water protection zones and strips of the rivers and reservoirs No. 440/1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 43, of the Art. 482), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 6:

part (to add 3) with the offer: "In the respective water protection zones arrangement of temporary moorings for mooring of courts, for landing and disembarkation of people, for loading, unloading and warehousing of loads, for implementation of economic activity and carrying out customs procedures is allowed.";

add Article with part (4) the following content:

"(4) In the water protection zones of the Dniester Rivers, the Prut and Danube is allowed construction and arrangement of the roads providing communication between temporary moorings and highways public.".

2. In Article 12:

consider single part part (1);

add Article with part (2) the following content:

"(2) On the Dniester Rivers and the Prut the 30-meter strip from water edge within the water protection zone can be used for safety of navigation and arrangement of temporary moorings.".

3. In Article 13:

in part (1):
